Carter Grand Events is rooted in Lynette. our Trinidadian grandmother who is still here, still vibrant, still creating magic with the same effortless touch that shaped our childhood. She catered for crowds in the thousands. sewed outfits from scratch. turned simple materials into beauty. Her “make-do” spirit taught us that two hands and a vision can create the extraordinary. That mindset drives everything we design today. We bring her warmth and creativity into every balloon, tablescape, and immersive moment we build. With in-house inventory, high standards, and a deeply personal approach, we listen first and craft with intention so your event feels elevated and unforgettable. Shanice is the mind behind the concepts, themes, and visual storytelling at Carter Grand. She shapes ideas, builds mockups, and brings clarity to a client’s vision. She sees possibilities everywhere and translates them into designs that feel elevated and personal. Her laid-back nature keeps the creative process fun, yet she becomes sharply focused when it is time to execute. She also guides the brand’s marketing and aesthetic direction. Shanice brings imagination, warmth, and intention to every project and keeps the creative energy flowing across the entire studio.

Carissa loves precision, thoughtful timing, and the beauty of a setup coming together seamlessly.
